Our customer needed specialized support to deliver a complex enterprise wide implementation of the Hexagon engineering and document management systems that involved a staged deployment of both global and regional Variants of the tools coupled with migration of legacy systems and adoption by concurrent engineering projects.

Working as part of an integrated team, we leveraged our extensive project experience and vendor product knowledge to provide a key co-ordination role as well as providing services in the areas of Project Information Management, Operational Readiness, Engineering Systems Implementation and Security and Compliance to support the ongoing success of the project.
